All products must be returned in their original condition, never worn, never washed, with original tags, and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package and send it back to us at the address given to you in the Return Authorization correspondence.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless it is our error or a defective product. And, if it is our error or defective, we will happily bear all return & exchange shipping costs.
