Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased online cannot be returned to retail stores for return or exchange.

We are happy to process an exchange for you! We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. CLEARANCE MDSE IS NON-RETURNABLE

Please email us for a Return Authorization Number at CustomerService@Ranch-Home.com. We will not accept any returns without this number.

All products must be returned in their original condition, never worn, never washed, with original tags, and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment.

Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package and send it back to us at the address given to you in the Return Authorization correspondence.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless it is our error or a defective product.  And, if it is our error or defective, we will happily bear all return & exchange shipping costs.

Free Shipping is for USA orders only.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment, sometimes processing takes longer. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. You will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment of your order.
We ship FedEx, UPS & USPS. Please provide both a PO Box & Street Address of you have one to ensure the fastest delivery.

Estimated delivery time for Domestic shipment is 7-10 business days.
