Wristbands are to be snug, but not tight.

Will stretch but snap back to the original size. You can wear them snug or loose, so choose your size accordingly.

For Stainless Steel Wristbands

Take the wrist measurement you determined and round up to the nearest half size (e.g. if your wrist measures 6.25", round up to 6.5"). Use the rounded number to find your size on the chart below.

For Copper and Trio Cable Wristbands

Take the wrist measurement you determined and round down to the nearest half size (e.g. if your wrist measures 6.25", round down to 6"). Use the rounded number to find your size on the chart below.

Stainless Ring Sizing

The best and most accurate way to know your ring size is to get professionally sized by your local jeweler.
You may use the tape measure or string method to find your ring size. Follow the same methods detailed in the section above and refer to the chart below. A millimeter ruler or tape measure is required for accurate ring measurement due to the small incriments between sizes.
